At Signature Estate Care, we provide white-glove estate management for luxury homeowners, seasonal residents, vacation properties, and discerning clients who expect excellence.

We are seeking an experienced House Manager who understands that creating an exceptional home experience is about far more than cleaning.

This is a position for someone who notices the little details before anyone else does.

What You'll Do

As a House Manager, you will oversee every detail of a home's presentation and readiness, including:

• Conduct quality inspections after each service
• Ensure every room meets Signature Estate Care standards
• Coordinate cleaning teams and service providers
• Stage homes for owner arrivals
• Make beds using luxury presentation standards
• Arrange fresh flowers
• Set towels and robes
• Light candles (when appropriate)
• Refresh essential oil diffusers
• Organize kitchens, pantries, closets, and living spaces
• Inventory household supplies
• Report maintenance concerns immediately
• Schedule vendors when approved
• Prepare homes before and after homeowner visits
• Maintain complete confidentiality

Qualifications

• 3+ years in luxury residential cleaning, hospitality, estate management, or executive housekeeping
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Professional appearance
• Reliable transportation
• Smartphone for communication and photos
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
• Comfortable walking multiple flights of stairs
• Flexible schedule
• Valid driver's license

Preferred:

• Luxury hotel experience
• Airbnb/VRBO management
• Personal assistant experience
• Concierge background
• House manager experience

Compensation

• $24-$35/hour depending on experience
