Associate Account Manager

Coastline Talent Solutions is exclusively partnering with a fast-growing IT Consulting & Services firm to find their next Associate Account Manager in Columbus, OH.
This is an entry-level, client-facing role built for someone who is driven , hungry to learn , and excited to build a career at the intersection of sales , account management , and technology consulting .

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Manage, support, and grow existing client relationships within assigned accounts
- Partner closely with the recruiting team to support candidate searches and ensure alignment between client needs and delivery
- Attend client meetings, check-ins, and occasional onsite visits to deepen partnerships
- Support new business development efforts including outreach, pipeline management, and account expansion
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely delivery, issue resolution, and client satisfaction
- Track performance metrics, weekly spread, and account results to maximize revenue outcomes
