About the Role:
Project Manager with a strong background in K-12 construction projects. This individual will oversee projects from preconstruction through closeout and must be capable of independently managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, client communication, and overall project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage K-12 construction projects from start to finish
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, architects, and owners
- Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
- Lead project meetings and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
- Oversee project safety, quality control, and compliance standards
- Collaborate closely with field teams and leadership
- Resolve project issues proactively and efficiently

- Extensive experience managing K-12 or educational construction projects
- Proven ability to independently run large-scale commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and budgeting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience working with public sector or educational projects preferred
- Proficient with construction management software and project documentation
