Manager Responsibilities Daily management of 1 shift; no double shift required. No close/open shifts for managers. Work alongside FOH and BOH staff. Conduct one full inventory per period. Full transparency on financial performance for performance‑based compensation. Use of fully implemented technology solutions. Support & communication timely and helpful, respecting personal time. Deliver the ideal Turning Point experience from start to finish. Qualifications Prior restaurant experience preferred (not required). Ability to lead, coach, and mentor a team. Work effectively in partnerships. Professional verbal & written communication skills. Enthusiastic and encouraging leadership attitude. Schedule Day shifts only. Available to work on holidays and weekends. Occasional weekends off through approved shift swaps, when staffing permits. Supplemental Pay 13 performance‑based bonus payments.
