Administrative Assistant II

The Elevance Health Companies, Inc.

Administrative Assistant II Hybrid role requiring in‑office presence 1–2 days per week with flexible remote work. Associate must reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location. If not, the role will not be considered unless a legal accommodation is granted. Responsibilities Researches and verifies information for reports; prepares and tracks budgets. Creates and maintains databases, analyzes moderately complex data, and supports project plans, schedules, and deliverables. Prepares correspondence and reviews documentation for conformance with internal policies and procedures. Maintains files, orders supplies, coordinates meetings, compiles and distributes meeting minutes. Handles travel arrangements and expense reports. Screens, handles, or distributes incoming calls and complaints. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED with a minimum of four years administrative experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experience Computer proficiency and typing speed of 45 WPM. Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) preferred. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency highly preferred.
