Catalyst Endeavours is growing and looking for Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives to represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand inside retail locations. If you're outgoing, motivated, and ready to build real-world sales experience, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

Meet with customers inside retail locations
Learn about products and services to help customers find the best fit
Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly, professional interactions
Work toward individual and team performance goals
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

What We're Looking For

Competitive, goal-oriented individuals
Strong communication skills
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Comfortable talking with customers face-to-face
Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
