Catalyst Endeavours is growing and looking for  Entry-Level Retail Sales Representatives to represent a nationally recognized telecommunications brand inside retail locations. If you're outgoing, motivated, and ready to build real-world sales experience, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers inside retail locations
• Learn about products and services to help customers find the best fit
• Deliver a positive customer experience through friendly, professional interactions
• Work toward individual and team performance goals
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

What We're Looking For

• Competitive, goal-oriented individuals
• Strong communication skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Comfortable talking with customers face-to-face
• Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
