The role partners closely with Finance, Operations, and Clinical Leadership to provide actionable insights that drive performance improvement.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Financial Analysis & ReportingPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including budget vs. actual variance analyses.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide clear explanations for variances.Support the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.RVU & Productivity ReportingGenerate and maintain RVU reports and other reports used by providers and service lines.Analyze provider productivity and compensation alignment based on RVU data.Partner with leadership to ensure accuracy and consistency in RVU reporting methodologies.Operational & Business AnalysisEvaluate financial and operational performance across clinics, providers, and service lines.Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor practice performance (volume, reimbursement, payer mix, etc.).Conduct ad hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.Develop payor variance reports and analyze variancesData Management & IntegrityExtract, validate, and reconcile data from EMR, billing systems, and financial systems.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting platforms.Collaborate with Finance and Revenue Cycle teams to improve data quality and reporting capabilities.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field required.3–5+ years of experience in financial or business analysis, preferably in healthcare or a medical practice setting.Experience with RVU reporting and provider productivity analysis strongly preferred.Working Conditions / Other:Primarily office-based or hybrid work environment.Disclaimer:The foregoing description is not intended and should not be construed to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with the job.
