One of our clients needs an Sr. Business Analyst for a permanent position.Position Requirements:Project Manager - M365 TeamLead and manage both operational and project-based work for the M365 team using Kanban methodology. This role combines Scrum Master facilitation with hands-on project management to ensure efficient delivery of services and initiatives across Microsoft 365 platforms and related enterprise tools. Key ResponsibilitiesScrum Master/Agile FacilitationFacilitate daily stand-up meetings and ensure team alignment on prioritiesManage Kanban board, ensuring workflow optimization and WIP (Work in Progress) limitsRemove impediments and blockers to team productivityCoach team members on Agile/Kanban best practicesFacilitate retrospectives and continuous improvement initiativesProject ManagementPlan, execute, and deliver M365-related projects on time and within scopeDevelop project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategiesCoordinate with stakeholders across IT and business unitsProvide regular status updates to leadership and stakeholdersEnsure proper documentation and knowledge transferOperational ManagementOversee day-to-day operational work for M365 servicesPrioritize and triage incoming requests and incidentsManage service level agreements (SLAs) and operational metricsCoordinate maintenance windows and change management activitiesSupport capacity planning and resource allocationRequired Qualifications Experience5-7 years of experience in IT project management or Scrum Master rolesProven track record managing both operational and project work simultaneouslyExperience facilitating Agile ceremonies in a Kanban environmentTechnical Knowledge Core Technologies:Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot)Email Security & Flow Management (e.g., Proofpoint)Certifications Preferred:PMP, CAPM, or equivalent project management certificationITIL Foundation v4SkillsStrong understanding of Kanban methodology and metricsExcellent facilitation and servant leadership abilitiesExperience with project management tools (GitLab, Jira)Strong stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environmentRisk management and problem-solving capabilitiesPreferred QualificationsFamiliarity with PowerShell scripting for M365 automationExperience with Microsoft Graph APIPrevious experience in hybrid cloud environmentsAn Equal Opportunity Employer iQuasar LLC is a proud partner of the Military Spouse Employment Partnership (MSEP) and the Virginia Values Veterans (V3) Program, reflecting our strong commitment to supporting military spouses, veterans, and inclusive hiring practices.
