Production Associate / Warehouse Associate

Location: McElhattan, PA

Pay Rate: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday - Friday | Full-Time

We are seeking reliable, hard-working individuals to join our warehouse and production operations in McElhattan, PA. This position offers opportunities to work in various warehouse departments and gain experience in distribution, manufacturing, order fulfillment, and shipping operations.

As a Production Associate, you may be assigned to one of several warehouse departments. General duties may include:

• Using RF scanners to pull and process customer orders
• Packing, labeling, and boxing products for shipment
• Operating bagging machines and other production equipment
• Moving materials using pallet jacks
• Loading, unloading, lifting, and palletizing products
• Completing customer-specific orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
• Working collaboratively in a team-oriented setting

• Work between conveyor systems and inventory shelving
• Read and follow work orders
• Locate products from shelves and scan items using an RF scanner
• Place products into designated totes
• Apply customer labels and prepare orders for boxing and palletizing
• Ensure inventory accuracy and order quality

• Handle customer orders from start to finish
• Pull, count, inspect, pack, and label products
• Prepare completed orders for shipping
• Maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Utilize computer systems to process orders
• Ensure orders are completed accurately the first time

• Pull products using RF scanners
• Accurately fulfill customer orders
• Organize and prepare products for shipment

• Supply production areas with materials and inventory
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse
• Support production and shipping teams

• Move products and materials throughout the facility
• Operate material handling equipment safely
• Load and unload inventory as needed

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Ability to stand, bend, and move throughout the shift
• Strong attendance and reliability
• Team-oriented attitude
• No advanced math skills required
• Computer skills required for Customer Packer positions
• Previous warehouse, production, or distribution experience is helpful but not required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lock Haven, PA.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
