Sort Specialist

URGENTLY HIRING - Sort Specialist ($25/hr)

Location: Santa Ana, CA

Hours: Mon-Fri 11:30PM - 6:30AM

We're seeking Imaging on Demand / Smart Sort Specialists. In this role, you will work quickly and safely to handle, scan, and organize customer materials in our warehouse environment. This position requires strong attention to detail, efficient data entry skills, and the ability to comfortably navigate a warehouse setting.

What You Will Be Doing

• Document Management: Handle, review, and sort files/documents to locate key fields of information. Accurately relocate and place materials into newly assigned cartons or locations.
• Data Entry & Scanning: Scan or enter file information into handheld mobile devices, laptops, or scanning machines. Implement automated data entry procedures using imaging devices and software.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate warehouse equipment such as computer scanning equipment, barcode sorters, pallet jacks, and flatbed carts to move materials over short distances.
• General Warehouse Duties: Open containers/crates, fill warehouse orders, assist with inventory, and weigh/check materials. Inspect products for accuracy to ensure timely and complete delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Skills: Strong data entry skills required (10,000 kph preferred); prior barcode scanning experience is needed.
• Physical Demands: Ability to lift, move boxes to/from pallets, and safely navigate a warehouse environment.

Work Environment & Dress Code

• Environment: Please note that the warehouse environment is not climate-controlled.
• Policy: There is a strict No Eating or Drinking policy in the warehouse workspace.
• Dress Code: Standard warehouse attire. No torn or ripped clothing, no jewelry, and no fake nails allowed for safety and document integrity purposes.
