Working collaboratively with experienced attorneys and supported by a skilled operational team under the guidance of a managing attorney, this role offers the opportunity to develop a well‑rounded legal skill set. Represent financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, replevin, and related court proceedings. Draft and review motions, pleadings, and correspondence. Attend court hearings in person and virtually. Provide legal oversight and collaborate with support staff. Deliver responsive, client‑focused legal services in a high‑volume practice. What You Bring Licensed in Ohio Required ( Indiana and/or Kentucky licensure is a plus.) 5+ years of experience required (all qualified applicants considered). Foreclosure, Bankruptcy or Collections experience preferred. Strong legal writing, communication, and analytical skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and driven. Location/Travel Location: Office in Cincinnati, Ohio Remote/Hybrid options available Travel: Local court‑related travel required Conditions of Work Ability to sit or stand for long periods Ability to remain focused for extended periods Ability to work on computers for a significant portion of the day Ability to perform repetitive movements as required for positions (Typing, clicking, swiveling) Ability to multi‑task Ready to apply?
