Schedule & Hours:

• Full Time, 12-hour night shifts (1900-0730)
• Weekend requirement: Every third weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
• No on-call required
• Holiday work required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care for acute cardiac patients, including post-invasive procedures and acute illnesses (chest pain, ETOH withdrawal, COVID, sepsis, drug titrations)
• Monitor patients utilizing advanced technology (GE heart monitors, Masimo vital sign machines)
• Oversee a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, supported by 1-2 patient care techs
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and compliance with all quality standards

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in KS, required
• ACLS & BLS certifications required
• TR band experience required
• 1 year of recent hospital RN experience
• BSN preferred (ADN accepted with agreement to complete BSN within 5 years)
