About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Manager, Program Management to serve as a PMX Leader and Chief of Staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management, proposal management, or scheduling, with a focus on best practices in people, process, and tools within the aerospace and defense industry. This role is pivotal in the implementation of various Repeatable Program Excellence (RPX) improvement projects and will be the primary point of contact for functional program management issues within the Intel and Cyber sector. The successful candidate will also be responsible for driving the sector's leadership operating system, supporting business growth, and fostering a strong sector culture. Key responsibilities for this role include leading the RPX implementation, which encompasses a range of essential functions such as program leadership team certification, readiness for program management, and various standardization and reporting tools. The candidate will be expected to work closely with sector and program teams, ensuring the enforcement of program management policies, and leading continuous improvement projects. Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 12 years' experience, or a post-graduate degree with 10 years' experience, in addition to a background in program management, proposal management, and EVMS. The role requires the ability to present to executives, work independently, and obtain a Department of Defense security clearance. Preferred skills include a DoD Secret Clearance, experience in instructional training, and knowledge of business intelligence tools and the business acquisition process.
