Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Chief of Medical Staff – Psychiatry for an expanding inpatient behavioral health program in Melbourne, Florida. This physician leadership position combines inpatient psychiatric care with protected leadership time and includes psychiatric evaluations, medication management, admissions, rounding, physician leadership, clinical quality, and physician engagement.

POSITION OVERVIEW
• Inpatient Psychiatry Leadership Role
• Primarily Weekday Inpatient Schedule With Protected Leadership Time
• Low Call Burden - Approximately One Week Every Three Months
• Average Inpatient Census Of Approximately 15 Patients Daily
• Opportunity To Mentor Psychiatry Residents And Physicians
• Work Alongside An Experienced Multidisciplinary Behavioral Health Team
• Support Clinical Quality And Physician Engagement
• Participate In The Continued Growth Of An Established Inpatient Behavioral Health Program

COMPENSATION
• Base Salary: $280,000-$330,000
• Leadership Incentive Opportunities

• Board Certified Or Board Eligible In Psychiatry REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Inpatient Psychiatric Care REQUIRED
