Extrusion OperatorWe are seeking skilled Machine Operators to work as Extrusion Operators on various shifts. This role requires individuals who are mechanically inclined and possess manufacturing experience.ResponsibilitiesOperate extrusion machines efficiently and safely.Ensure the quality of products through regular inspections.Maintain machinery and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.Essential SkillsMechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.Experience in manufacturing and machine operation.Basic math skills for accurate production measurements.Additional Skills & QualificationsExtrusion experience is a plus.Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.Why Work Here?Join a team that values skill development and provides opportunities for growth. The work environment involves regular use of extrusion machines and requires adherence to safety standards. Casual attire is appropriate for the workplace.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
