Job Description
We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to work as Extrusion Operators on various shifts. This role requires individuals who are mechanically inclined and possess manufacturing experience.
Responsibilities

• Operate extrusion machines efficiently and safely.
• Ensure the quality of products through regular inspections.
• Maintain machinery and troubleshoot any mechanical issues.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure production targets are met.

Essential Skills

• Mechanically inclined with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in manufacturing and machine operation.
• Basic math skills for accurate production measurements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Extrusion experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with hand tools and power tools.

Work Environment
The role offers three shift options: 1st shift from 7am to 3:30pm, 2nd shift from 3pm to 11:30pm with a 10% differential, and 3rd shift from 11pm to 7:30am with a 15% differential. The work environment involves regular use of extrusion machines and requires adherence to safety standards. Casual attire is appropriate for the workplace.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Worcester, MA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
