Extruder OperatorEastridge Workforce Solutions is hiring for a temp-to-hire Extruder Operator opportunity with a leading manufacturer in Sutton, MA. This role is ideal for candidates with manufacturing or extrusion experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced production environment and take pride in producing high-quality products. Operators are responsible for setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting extrusion equipment while ensuring production goals and quality standards are met.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust blown film extrusion equipment to meet production and quality standards.Load raw materials, monitor machine settings (temperature, pressure, speed, etc.), and make process adjustments as needed.Perform routine quality inspections, document production data, and identify and troubleshoot equipment or process issues.Follow all safety procedures, maintain a clean work area, and communicate effectively with production and maintenance teams.Requirements:Previous manufacturing experience required; blown film extrusion or plastics manufacturing experience strongly preferred.Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot production equipment.Ability to read and complete production documentation and follow written work instructions.Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.Must be able to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including weekends and every other Thursday.Successful completion of a background check and drug screen.Equal Opportunity Employer: Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
