Machine OperatorsMachine Operators, $20-$25/hr based on experience1st shift 7am-3:30pm....................................................$20-252nd shift 3pm-11:30pm (10% differential)...........$22-27.503rd shift 11pm-7:30am (15% differential)............$23-28.75Bonus opportunity: $3,000 after 3 months | $5,000 after 6 monthsResponsibilitiesOperate and manage extrusion machinery effectively.Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently.Perform assembly tasks as needed.Utilize hand and power tools safely.Maintain high standards of quality in production output.Essential SkillsMechanically inclined with a strong understanding of machinery.Experience in a manufacturing environment.Basic math skills for accurate measurement and calculation.Familiarity with extrusion processes.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Grafton, MA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
