Responsibilities of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- Schedules and dispatches shop field service technicians
- Assigns duties to service technician
- Prepares quotes on service jobs
- Enters sales orders for service jobs
- Orders parts for service jobs
- Assigns labor to service jobs
- Invoices service jobs
- Ensures that service jobs are progressing according to schedule
Qualifications of the Service Coordinator include, but are not limited to:
- 2+ years’ experience in, preferably combined shop and field, pump service and fabrication
- Previous and current Mechanics encouraged to apply
- Ability to motivate team and accomplish goals
- Broad knowledge and experience in the industry
- Knowledgeable of computers and technology
- Excellent skills in both verbal and written communication
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Additional Information:
Pay: $25.00hr - $40.00/hr, DOE
Physical Demand: Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Working Conditions: Office and shop environment
Training/Certifications : N/A
Shift Time/Overtime: Monday - Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm; Occasional Overtime
Travel: Minimal local travel
Education: High School Diploma
