Biochemist - Process Characterization and Controls (Wed - Sat)

Job Description Lab Responsibilities Conduct cell culture studies (shake flask to fed-batch bioreactor) Perform affinity chromatography and viral inactivation Execute cGLP cell banking for research use Ensure SOP compliance and report anomalies Data & Reporting Analyze large datasets using statistical methods Draft technical reports to support commercial filings Present findings in cross‑functional meetings Team Collaboration Coordinate lab activities with scientific teams Provide technical support to Manufacturing for troubleshooting and improvements Participate in training activities Qualifications Education & Experience BS/BA in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Cellular Biology, or related discipline Hands‑on lab experience with cell culture and/or affinity chromatography Solid understanding of antibody manufacturing processes Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Work Authorization Must be legally authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship Communication & Collaboration Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent attention to detail Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team Work Style & Mindset Comfortable with ambiguity and quick to learn Self‑motivated, adaptable, and maintains a positive attitude Enjoys balancing multiple projects and keeping stakeholders informed Capable of owning technical reports and driving scientific improvements Additional Information Compensation $22.50 - $23.50 per hour plus a $50 flat‑rate shift bonus for weekend shifts Schedule Full‑time, 1st shift, Wednesday through Saturday 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Benefits Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage Life and disability insurance 401(k) with company match Paid vacation and holidays Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is a Disabled and Veteran Equal Employment Opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Eurofins PSS Insourcing Solutions
