Sanitation Associate

Medical AssemblerWe are seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Medical Assemblers. In this role, you will work primarily within a cleanroom environment, initially starting in the coiling department. This position requires precision and patience as you will be involved in various stages of medical component assembly.ResponsibilitiesOperate coil winding machines and wrap coils around a spindle.Inspect and manipulate wires using microscopes for 30-50% of the day.Sit or stand for up to 8 hours a day, depending on the process.Cross-train in multiple assembly areas, including molding, CEA assembly, laser welding, and implantable housings.Inspect and deburr parts using small hand tools like pliers, filers, and skivs/knives.Work with laser welding machines and microscopes to weld small medical components.Operate automated presses and stamping machines in the implantable housings area.Ensure parts are correct and deburr if necessary, using microscopes up to 50% of the time.Essential SkillsHand dexterity.4-6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or handling small parts.Experience using microscopes for 4-6+ months.Familiarity with cleanroom protocols and assembly processes.Additional Skills & QualificationsMechanical aptitude, especially for working with machines in the housings area.Experience in sewing or similar activities that require good hand dexterity.Adaptability and openness to cross-training in different areas.Why Work Here?Join our team and enjoy a dynamic and supportive work environment with opportunities for skill development in medical device manufacturing. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
