Position Summary We are seeking an experienced CPA Accountant to manage financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, and day‑to‑day accounting operations. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent English proficiency, and a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records in a fast‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records (digital and physical)

Analyze financial transactions and prepare detailed reports

Participate in payroll processing, including tracking and allocating employee hours

Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy in financial documents, expenditures, and investments

Forecast revenue and analyze profit margins

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Oversee ledger reconciliation

Participate in budgeting and financial planning

Prepare monthly and annual financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow)

Coordinate with tax accountants for filings, payments, and returns

Provide regular financial updates to senior management

Develop and implement accounting policies and internal controls

Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry changes

Respond to tax and accounting-related inquiries

Monitor bookkeeping activities

Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance

CPA certification

Minimum 5 years of experience as a certified accountant

Strong knowledge of accounting procedures and GAAP

Excellent understanding of local, state, and federal tax regulations

Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks and Zoho preferred)

Advanced MS Excel skills

Strong analytical ability and attention to detail

High integrity and ability to handle confidential information

Excellent English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in tech, services, finance, or BPO environments

Strong audit and financial forecasting experience
