What You'll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Barista at Minuti Coffee, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to serve great coffee and create memorable moments for our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include: - Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care. - Providing friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable customer service. - Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and dining areas. - Restocking supplies and ensuring everything is ready for a smooth operation. - Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient environment.
What We're Looking For: Skills and QualificationsWe’re seeking a dedicated and skilled individual who brings: - At least 1 year of barista experience in a coffee shop or similar setting. - A passion for coffee and a strong understanding of preparation techniques. - Excellent communication and customer service skills. - The ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. - A proactive attitude and attention to detail.
