Commercial Plumber (Journeyman Preferred)

Up to $4,000 Sign-On Bonus!

We're looking for a skilled and dependable Commercial Plumber to join our growing team. This position focuses on commercial new construction and tenant fit-out projects . If you take pride in delivering quality workmanship and enjoy working on a variety of commercial projects, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities

Install plumbing systems for commercial new construction and tenant fit-out projects throughout the Maryland/Baltimore area.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and plumbing drawings.
Install sanitary, vent, domestic water, storm, and gas piping systems.
Set plumbing fixtures, equipment, and trim as projects progress.
Coordinate with project managers, superintendents, and other trades to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Diagnose and resolve installation issues while maintaining quality workmanship.
Ensure all work complies with applicable plumbing codes, project specifications, and safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe.

Qualifications

Journeyman plumbing license preferred; commercial plumbing experience required.
Experience with commercial new construction and/or tenant fit-out projects .
Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
