We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support a backlog reduction project in Sumner, Washington. This Long-term Contract opportunity is ideal for someone who works accurately, stays dependable in a structured environment, and is comfortable handling high-volume information updates. The person in this role will review revenue and cost data in Excel and enter information into the company’s operating platform while working alongside onsite supervisors and managers.

Responsibilities:
• Review revenue and cost information in spreadsheets and transfer the details into the company’s operating system with a high level of accuracy.
• Enter large volumes of numeric and text-based data while maintaining consistency and careful record handling.
• Examine source files for missing, unclear, or mismatched information before completing entries.
• Maintain organized progress on assigned backlog work to help the team meet project timelines.
• Work closely with onsite leadership to follow priorities, clarify issues, and complete daily tasks efficiently.
• Use basic Microsoft Excel functions such as opening, reviewing, sorting, and referencing spreadsheet data to support entry activities.• Previous experience in data entry or a similar administrative support role.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data discrepancies quickly.
• Reliable attendance and consistent performance in a fast-paced work environment.
• Comfortable entering numeric data accurately and efficiently.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including navigating and reviewing spreadsheets without advanced formulas.
• Solid typing and computer data entry skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and manage repetitive tasks with accuracy.
