What would your responsibilities be? • Provide a fun and positive work environment for your team. • Training and developing team members including Shift Managers • Living the Good Times values of Hospitality, Respect, Integrity, and Entrepreneurship. • Upholding safety and sanitation standards • Daily Cash Handling • Employee Relations • Providing an exceptional guest experience! An Assistant Restaurant Manager assists in managing all aspects of the restaurant. This includes but is not limited to customer service, employee performance and development, restaurant costs, safety, facilities, administration, and corporate values.
