Senior Director, Brand Marketing & Growth Strategy

Total Wine & More is seeking a Senior Director of Brand Marketing to shape the enterprise brand strategy from our Bethesda, MD office. You will own brand positioning, multi-year roadmaps, and cross-channel storytelling, aligning with growth objectives and customer needs.
You will guide off-site events, partnerships, and activation programs, partnering with Marketing, Merchandising, Digital, and Store Ops to deliver measurable business impact and maintain brand integrity.
