Job Title: Supply Chain Business Analyst Industry: Manufacturing / Supply Chain Location: Hickory, NC Worksite: Onsite Top 3 Skills Supply Chain Operations & Process Analysis Data Analysis & Reporting (Excel, Access, ERP/MES) Continuous Improvement / Project Management What You'll Do Analyze manufacturing and supply chain operations to identify inefficiencies and lead improvement projects Build, modify, and maintain business reports and queries for Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and other teams Support packaging and warehouse activities — improving shipping/receiving processes, storage solutions, and packaging efficiencies Participate in cross-functional teams across the plant to drive performance improvements Support new system implementation projects and initiatives within the Supply Chain department Benchmark internal and external processes to maximize efficiency Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels What We Need From You Strong analytical skills — you can dig into data, spot the problem, and explain what needs to change Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities at once Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable working across engineering, supply chain, finance, and leadership Self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset and a positive attitude High school diploma required Flexibility on hours — schedule is Monday–Friday but may shift based on business needs Bonus 2–5 years of supply chain experience — degree in supply chain or APICS certification is a plus Experience with SAP or other ERP/MES systems Lean, Six Sigma, or Green Belt certification Familiarity with cable products, materials, or manufacturing processes Ability to influence and drive change in a matrixed organization Notes Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM standard schedule; hours may shift to 6:00 AM–2:00 PM based on business needs Role includes a mix of day-to-day analytical support and project-based work Strong cross-functional collaboration is a core part of this role — expect to work with teams across the plant regularly #J-18808-Ljbffr
