Responsibilities Originates and processes mortgage loan applications from initial contact to closing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with FNMA, fair housing, and regulatory guidelines. Utilizes Loan Origination System (LOS) to input data, run pre-qualifications, and manage pipeline; reviews documents and performs underwriting support as needed. Conducts financial analysis, calculates debt-to-income ratios, and communicates loan options and conditions clearly to clients. Builds relationships with borrowers, real estate professionals, and partners; negotiates terms and coordinates closing activities to secure timely funding. Maintains thorough records, adheres to compliance standards, and provides high-quality customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
