This role is with a nationally respected engineering consultancy that combines technical excellence with a relationship-driven client approach. The Boston office is growing thoughtfully and values leaders who are both technically strong and collaborative.
What You’ll Do
- Coordinate internal engineering teams
- Support client communication and delivery
- Mentor junior staff and support QA/QC efforts
What We’re Looking For
- 5–10 years of MEP consulting experience
- HVAC design and project leadership background
- PE preferred
