We are looking for a high-drive, results-oriented Fire Protection Sales Representative who knows how to open doors, create pipeline, and close business. This role is built for a true huntersomeone who thrives on prospecting, competing, and winning new accounts while growing recurring revenue through service agreements and system upgrades. You will sell code-compliant Sprinkler and fire alarm systems, as well as ongoing service to small and mid-sized commercial customers. Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and grow a portfolio of mid-commercial accounts by developing strong customer relationships and identifying new opportunities.
• Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Prospect for new business, generate qualified opportunities, and confidently close deals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and strategic opportunities.
• Stay current on industry developments, products, and solutions to deliver knowledgeable, consultative recommendations.
• Represent RapidFire Safety & Security with professionalism and confidence in every interaction with customers and prospects.

Knowledge, Skill & Other Requirements

• 3 4 years of sales experience, preferably in the fire, life safety, security, or a related industry.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA code compliance with regard to fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems.
• Experience or strong interest in fire sprinkler, fire suppression, security and / or fire alarm solution sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build credibility and lasting relationships.
• Proven sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify customer needs and recommend the right solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively as part of a team.
