Senior Gift Processing & Advancement Specialist

Specific Duties Other duties as assigned by the Director of Advancement Services, Director of Advancement Strategies and Services and the Vice President of University Advancement. Participate in the development or implementation of gift processing protocols, systems, and improvements to ensure efficiency. Provide training and guidance to other staff as needed. Stay informed about IRS regulations and university policies regarding charitable contributions. Assist with donor engagement efforts, such as creating materials or supporting events, when needed. Help with year-end closeout processes and any other administrative tasks related to advancement services.
