Facilities Maintenance And Lot Steward
Pohanka Automotive Group is looking for a Facilities Maintenance and Lot Steward to join our maintenance team.
Job Duties
- Assist with the maintenance of the company facilities and lots to ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained environment.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of dealership lots, sidewalks, and common areas.
- Support the maintenance team with daily tasks and special projects as needed.
- Perform seasonal duties such as snow removal, leaf cleanup, and general property upkeep.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, walking, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license required

Pohanka of Salisbury has been on the Eastern Shore for over 20 years, starting their first dealership in Salisbury in 1999, and has since expanded to 9 dealerships in Salisbury, MD.
