Senior / Project Manager - Oncology - US/Canada - Remote

Senior Project Manager position overseeing oncology clinical trials from initiation through closeout. Responsible for coordinating technical, financial, and operational aspects while ensuring deliverables meet customer expectations on time, quality, and budget.
Responsibilities
- Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of clinical trials
- Coordinate with functional area leads to identify and resolve project issues
- Ensure all deliverables meet customer time, quality, and cost expectations
- Manage project budgets and financial performance
- Collaborate with scientific and therapeutic leadership on trial execution
Requirements
- 6-7 years industry experience with minimum 5 years in clinical project management at a CRO
- Oncology project management experience required
- University or college degree in life sciences preferred
- Strong project budgeting and financial management knowledge
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel as needed
Compensation: $128,500-$254,500 annually
