Senior Project Manager / Associate Director - CNS (US/Canada)

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Senior Project Manager for central nervous system clinical trials to oversee project coordination, budget management, and cross-functional delivery from trial initiation through closeout in a virtual US or Canada role.

Responsibilities

• Direct technical, financial, and operational aspects of clinical trials from startup through closeout
• Coordinate with functional area leads to identify issues, interpret data, and implement solutions
• Ensure all project deliverables meet customer expectations for time, quality, and cost
• Manage project budgets and timelines while maintaining quality standards

Requirements

• 6-7 years industry experience with minimum 5 years clinical project management in a CRO
• Demonstrated CNS project management experience required
• Life science university or college degree preferred
• Expertise in project management processes and budget management
• Experience managing multidisciplinary project teams successfully
• Strong communication and accountability in demanding situations
• Ability to travel when needed

Compensation: $128,500-$254,500 annually
