Director, Project Management - Rheumatology - US/Canada - Remote

Worldwide Clinical Trials seeks a Director of Project Management for its Rheumatology division to lead project delivery across multiple divisions while supervising and mentoring project managers. The role requires deep expertise in clinical trial project management, budget oversight, and process improvement in a remote position covering the US and Canada.
Responsibilities
- Direct delivery of projects and programs within cost, time, and quality parameters
- Provide supervision, training, mentoring, and performance management to project managers
- Collaborate with Business Development on proposals, bids, and client presentations
- Work with functional leadership to develop and improve business processes
- Oversee resource allocation, policy implementation, and organizational goals
Requirements
- University degree in life science or equivalent allied health certification
- Minimum 10 years clinical pharmaceutical industry experience with project management expertise
- Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and resource management
- Expert knowledge of project management principles applied to clinical development
- Required experience managing Rheumatology clinical studies
- Strong leadership and financial acumen skills
- Process improvement expertise in clinical trials and project management
Compensation: $153,095.00 - $303,905.00 annually
