También debe actuar de manera proactiva para abordar las necesidades de los clientes y facilitar el proceso de venta de principio a fin. Identifica y prospecta activamente clientes potenciales. Construye y mantiene relaciones sólidas con clientes existentes y nuevos, comprendiendo sus necesidades y proporcionando soluciones efectivas. Colabora con el equipo de liderazgo para desarrollar e implementar estrategias comerciales efectivas que impulsen el crecimiento del negocio. Trabaja estrechamente con los equipos internos, como el departamento de ventas y contabilidad, para garantizar la coherencia en la entrega de productos y servicios. Realiza visita a los clientes existentes y potenciales. Trabaja de forma eficiente y efectiva para alcanzar metas de ventas. Su cartera de cliente principal son contratistas y gobierno. Requisitos Educación: BA preferiblemente en administración de empresas o ingeniería civil, o área relacionada. Experiencia: Experiencia previa en ventas o servicio al cliente de 2 años. Habilidades de comunicación: Capacidad para comunicarse de manera efectiva tanto verbalmente como por escrito. Esto incluye habilidades para escuchar activamente, persuadir, negociar y cerrar ventas. Habilidades informáticas: Competencia en el uso de software de ventas, CRM (Customer Relationship Management) u otras herramientas tecnológicas utilizadas para administrar clientes potenciales, seguimiento de ventas y análisis de datos. También debe ser proficiente en sistemas de computadoras y manejo de Excel. Actitud positiva: Energía, entusiasmo y una actitud positiva hacia el trabajo y los desafíos de ventas.
