Sales Representative

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping homeowners and business owners transform their spaces.

Position Summary

As a Sales Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will meet with homeowners and commercial clients, understand their project goals, prepare detailed estimates, and guide them through the sales process with professionalism and integrity.

Success in this role comes from developing trust, providing outstanding customer service, and following a proven sales process from the initial consultation through signed agreement. You will work closely with our office staff, project managers, and painting team to ensure customers receive a seamless experience from estimate to project completion.

Responsibilities

• Meet with residential and commercial customers to assess painting projects and prepare detailed estimates.
• Build rapport with customers while identifying their needs, goals, and expectations.
• Present proposals professionally and explain project scope, products, warranties, and scheduling.
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers through phone, email, and text to close sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer information, estimates, and sales activities within the company CRM.
• Coordinate with the office team to ensure projects are scheduled efficiently after the sale.
• Communicate customer expectations clearly to the production team and project managers.
• Develop relationships with local businesses, property managers, real estate professionals, and community partners to generate referrals.
• Participate in local networking and marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness.
• Consistently achieve individual sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous sales, estimating, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable using CRM software, email, and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn residential and commercial painting products, estimating systems, and industry best practices.
