Overview
Seeking an experienced Engagement Manager to support its Digital Strategy Group, partnering with strategic Manufacturing customers including Automotive, Industrial Machinery, and Aerospace organizations.

This role focuses on helping enterprise clients define and execute digital transformation initiatives by aligning capabilities with critical business priorities. The Engagement Manager will work directly with executive stakeholders, develop transformation strategies, conduct assessments and value analyses, and help position Adobe as a long-term strategic partner.

Responsibilities
Lead strategic consulting engagements for Manufacturing and Automotive customers

Advise senior executives on digital transformation strategies and business modernization initiatives

Conduct digital maturity assessments, benchmarking exercises, customer experience innovation workshops, and value modeling

Develop executive-level recommendations and business cases that drive customer action

Partner with Adobe technical teams to bring transformation visions to life through technology demonstrations and solution workshops

Lead cross-functional teams consisting of strategists, technologists, relationship managers, and business stakeholders

Manage complex transformation initiatives involving customer leadership teams, systems integrators, and consulting partners

Deliver executive presentations and strategic updates to both customer and Adobe leadership teams

Identify common industry challenges and help shape Adobe's go-to-market strategy within Manufacturing and Automotive sectors

Support growth initiatives across Adobe's Manufacturing vertical

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience within Manufacturing industries including Automotive, Industrial Machinery, Aerospace, or related sectors

Experience leading client engagements within a management consulting firm, strategy consulting practice, digital consultancy, or enterprise transformation organization

Proven success developing business strategy and translating recommendations into executable plans

Strong executive presence with experience influencing senior leadership teams

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities

Experience synthesizing research, data, and market insights into actionable recommendations

Demonstrated ability to lead through influence in highly matrixed organizations

Experience managing large-scale transformation programs and stakeholder environments

Strong communication and presentation skills

Ability to travel up to 40%

Compensation
Pay Rate: Up to $69.72 per hour
