We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling, follow-ups, and customer service interactions, ensuring that clients receive the best coverage for their needs. Youll play a vital role in binding policies and educating customers on their insurance options.

Responsibilities- Conduct outbound calls to generate leads and follow-up on potential customers
- Guide clients through the insurance purchasing process, ensuring they have the right coverage
- Handle policy binding and ensure all documentation is processed correctly
- Provide exceptional customer service, assisting with inquiries and policy updates
- Collaborate with the team to meet and exceed sales goals
- Must have a valid Insurance License or be willing to obtain one.
- Strong sales and communication skills with a passion for helping customers
