Operations Manager – Detox & Residential Treatment Facility (Eastern Shore) What You'll Do Manage complete maintenance of facility and property (fire drills, vehicle maintenance, tech support, inventory, storage, etc.) Complete periodic maintenance checklists to ensure functionality, safety and compliance Oversee and direct custodial and housekeeping staff and all external contractors Provide operational support whenever needed (administrative errands, transportation coordination, event planning, security oversight, accounts‑payable, etc.) Collaborate with Executive Director and Administrator as necessary What We're Looking For High School Diploma or GED Minimum 1 year experience in substance abuse treatment industry (preferred) Valid driver’s license Acute observational and communicational skills Ability to collaborate and multitask Strong responsibility and accountability Why Join Us Avenues features a rich and enjoyable workplace culture where each employee is valued, and excellence is constantly pursued.
