Job Opportunity – Interventional Radiology / Cath Lab Technologist – North Carolina

Start Date: July 29, 2026
Location: Salisbury, North Carolina
Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM), 40 hours per week; every third weekend required

Highlights:

• Combination lab environment with 90% interventional radiology and 10% cardiology/vascular/EP procedures
• Contract lengths available from 13 to 20 weeks
• No floating requirement – dedicated unit assignment
• Call requirement: Minimum 7 call days per month (typically two call days per week for two weeks each month, plus one call weekend per month)
• 40-80 hours of orientation provided
• State-of-the-art equipment including GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, Angio Jet, Impella, and advanced atherectomy systems

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Cath Lab/IR Technologist
• MUST have strong Interventional Radiology experience (90% of caseload is IR-focused)
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• ARRT or RCIS certification required
• Ability to scrub and circulate for IR/Cath Lab and cardiology procedures
• Telemetry monitoring skills
• EKG lead placement proficiency preferred
• ARRT Advanced Certification, RCES, or RCIS with medication experience preferred
• North Carolina license or compact state license acceptable
• Flu vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions only)
