Human Resources Administrator

Akkodis is seeking a Human Resources Administrator – Bothell, WA , for a 6-month contract
Rate Range: $25.00 - $28.00 P/HR.; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- A minimum of 2 years related work experience preferably in a mid-sized or larger employer in a regulated industry such as aerospace, defense or manufacturing.
- Must be able to work onsite at our Bothell office 5 days per week (day shift Monday–Friday)
- HRIS (e.g., ADP, SAP Success Factors, Replicon)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions not limited to pivot tables, lookup functions, data analysis and visualization tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to build trust with employees at all levels and influence across departments
- Strong process orientation, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state, and local employment regulations, including ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, etc, company policies, and HR best practices while guiding on workplace compliance issues.
- Partner cross-functionally with Talent Acquisition, Payroll, HR Business Partners, Supply Chain, Contracts, IT, Managers, etc. to deliver seamless employee experiences for all worker types, including employees, interns, agency temporary workers, vendor professionals, etc.
