Overview Plaintiff car & truck accident law firm seeking a PI paralegal. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and research and analysis skills. Must be a team player and experienced in all aspects of vehicular injury claims; pre-litigation and post-litigation phases; demand packages, complaint, discovery, motions, and trial preparation. Friendly and professional office environment appreciative of teamwork contribution of individual members. Responsibilities Assist with all aspects of vehicular injury claims, including pre-litigation and post-litigation work. Prepare demand packages, complaints, and discovery requests; assist with motions and trial preparation. Collaborate with attorneys and other staff to ensure timely and accurate case progression.
