Account Representative
The Account Representative serves as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, managing relationships, identifying opportunities, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role focuses on growing existing accounts, resolving customer needs, and collaborating internally to deliver value-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Sales Account Executive to manage assigned customer accounts
- Serve as the main liaison for assigned customer accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Coordinate with internal teams (accounting, operations) to meet customer expectations
- Address customer concerns and escalating issues as needed
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting of account activity
- Proactively communicate order status, changes, or potential delays
- Prepare and deliver monthly reports, including inventory status and purchase order (PO) reports
- Assist customers during on-site visits to support operations and strengthen relationships
- Support new business development and lead effective onboarding of new clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver value-driven solutions and resolve customer needs
- Provide sales-related administrative support to executive leadership as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, account management, or customer-facing roles
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
- Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Computer literate, proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
- Spanish language skills are a plus
- Collaboration and teamwork
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
