As we expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Business Development – develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building – cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and scheduling – hire, onboard new team members, ensure all shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities. In‑home assessments – build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management – oversee office budget reflected in profit‑and‑loss statements. Culture cultivation – create a workplace of choice for the territory, incentivize, motivate, and set the tone of team morale. Qualifications and Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success with meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Attributes Wants to move beyond a typical structured 8‑5 desk job.
