Ensure attendance, enrollment, participant records, and partner system workflows are completed accurately and on time across all assigned sites. Build trusted working relationships with regional Program operational leads to ensure data workflows support program delivery. Cross‑Regional Consistency Partner closely with peer Data Manager in the other region to ensure Core and IE operate from one shared data model and consistent standards. Surface regional patterns, capacity gaps, and expansion‑related risks to the Associate Director. Participate in cross‑regional team meetings, standards setting, and reporting alignment work. Compliance & Data Privacy Ensure all regional data handling complies with FERPA, district data sharing agreements, and applicable student data privacy requirements. Support funder reporting cycles (ASES, 21st CCLC/ASSETs, ELOP, foundation funders) by ensuring regional data is accurate, complete, and submission‑ready. Maintain regional records that support internal reporting, partner reporting, and audit readiness. Qualifications / Skills Required 3–5 years of progressive experience in data operations, program data management, or a comparable role, including supervisory experience.
