Senior VP, Learning & Skills Product Owner

Salary: $30,000 - 55,000 per year Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Human Resources, Technology, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
- 8+ years of product management experience building and executing strategic product roadmaps in a highly matrixed environment.
- Experience leading product discovery work, including user research, persona development, data analysis, and validating product opportunities.
- Experience designing, launching, or improving AI-enabled products and digital experiences that use data and emerging technologies to address business challenges.
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders, lead complex initiatives, and drive delivery across cross-functional teams.
- Define and deliver the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for learning and skills solutions that help employees strengthen their capabilities and support managers and leaders in talent decisions.
- Lead product discovery using design thinking methods, including personal development, user research, journey mapping, data analysis, and experimentation so priorities are aligned to colleague needs and business outcomes.
- Shape and deliver AI-enabled experiences that personalize learning, surface skill insights, and help leaders identify development opportunities across the workforce.
- Partner across HR, Technology, Data, and business teams to build innovative, scalable products that improve employee growth, internal mobility, and organizational capability.
