INSPIRATIONS OF TEMPE 1875 E Guadalupe Rd Tempe, AZ 85283, USA About the Role We're looking for reliable, energetic, and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as a Server/Dining Services Utility. The Server serves meals and performs related tasks to provide a pleasant and efficient dining experience for senior residents. Responsibilities Serve meals in an efficient and courteous manner. Set up, deliver, and buss trays and table service. Prepare foods according to dietary standards. Assist in set‑ups and dining room service. Pour and cover beverages, assist in preparing, and covering food. Clean all work areas as directed. Work at a steady pace to meet demands of cooks and residents. Work cooperatively with other dining room associates. Understand and observe infection control procedures. Follow residents’ rights policies and facility safety program. Maintain a clean appearance, follow dress code. Work scheduled shifts and demonstrate dependability. Willingness to perform other duties as necessary. Non‑Essential Functions Support resident centered activity programs. Participate in projects or committees as assigned. Attend all associate meetings and education. Assist in variety of tasks involving residents. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED at a minimum. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to communicate and relate to residents. Physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 lbs., bend, stoop, walk, and carry. Compliant with drug testing and background check.
