Shipping and Receiving Associate

Job Title
Location: Euclid, OH Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, with potential for overtime
Responsibilities
- Unpack, verify, and stage incoming MRO packages for processing and inspection.
- Check incoming materials against packing lists and required documentation.
- Identify damage, shortages, or incorrect paperwork and report issues immediately.
- Apply or match receiving labels and route material to the correct next step.
- Move materials between dock, receiving inspection, and the stock room.
- Consolidate and deliver certifications, inspection paperwork, or tags as needed.
- Support preparation of MRO items for work-order creation or internal routing.
- Assist with RTV/RMA material returns when directed.
- Support staging outbound shipments.
- Maintain dock cleanliness and organization using 5S standards.
- Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse/dock/receiving environments.
- Ability to lift 3550 lbs and stand/walk for the majority of the shift.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in manufacturing, logistics, distribution, or aerospace.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP experience a plus).
- Experience in MRO, inventory control, or receiving inspection support.
